Dr. Kevina Cardiff was awarded her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Imperial College London in 1998. She worked for many years in Biomedical Research in London and Dublin. In 2007, Dr. Kevina qualified (with Distinction) as a Dietitian from The University of Ulster. Prior to setting up her private practice “Pure Nutrition” Dr. Kevina worked in clinics at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin.
Dr. Kevina covers a wide range of nutritional issues, including diabetes, cardiovascular health, gut health, obesity, and weight management. She specialises in eating disorders, working with patients to support them on their recovery path. Dr. Kevina has completed training in guided self help for disordered eating and CBT with eating disorders from APT (The Association for Psychological Therapies)

A Dietitian is a health professional qualified to give accurate, scientific-based advice and information on all aspects of nutrition and diet. A Dietitian’s training combines both medical and scientific aspects of nutrition and includes training in hospital settings. Such training and experience enables a dietitian to give nutritional advice in both health and disease.

Pure Nutrition – Consultancy Service is a resource available to schools and companies offering presentations to staff, parents, and children. Other services include menu analysis and advice on canteen or food services in schools or the workplace.
